I love to serve this 4-ingredient dip hot out of the oven with tortillas or snack crackers. It's perfect for football game half-time and special enough to serve at a Christmas party, on New Year's Eve, or anytime as a snack just because it tastes so good. It goes together quickly and bakes in 20 minutes. Great with chips or crackers or your favorite dipper. Your whole family will love this one.

Artichoke Dip Recipe

    14 ounce can or jar artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
    4 -ounce can green chiles, seeded and chopped
    1 cup mayonnaise
    1 cup Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Drain and coarsely chop the artichoke hearts. Use a can of chopped green chiles or cut up a can of whole ones.
Gently stir the 4 ingredients together, pour into a small casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
Serve with tortilla chips or your favorite snack crackers.
