Tracey's Artichoke Dip
We'll be "pigging out" on this tomorrow while we watch the Arkansas Razorbacks play in their bowl game. Woo, pig, sooiieee!
14 ounce can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 4-ounce can green chiles, seeded and chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup parmesan cheese
Mix everything together, pour into a small casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with tortilla chips or triscuits.
